I have been a student at Madinatul Uloom Academy since grade 7, and as I approach my graduation, I can confidently say that my experience at this school has been nothing short of exceptional. As I reflect on my first year of grade 12, I am filled with deep appreciation and happiness. The experience I had was truly unforgettable, and I can confidently say that it was the best year of my academic journey so far alhamdulillah. I want to say that Madinatul Uloom Academy is the best Islamic school in the entire GTA, and I feel blessed to have been a part of this community. I will always keep all my respected and beloved teachers in my prayers, seeking blessings and guidance for you all. Thank you for helping me grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

Having spent my four years of high school and eight years overall at Madinatul Uloom Academy, it’s been a memorable experience. From the genuine care and support of the teachers to the focus on spiritual and academic excellence, I have been given the blessing of being a part of this school, which has helped me make lifelong memories with friends and teachers, understand and implement key character traits such as leadership and honesty, and most importantly provided me with the skills and education I need to become successful in my professional life, and also in the hereafter.

Not every school teaches you to pray before a test or reminds you that success comes from both effort and Tawakkul, but Madinatul Uloom Academy does, and that’s what makes it truly different. The daily environment at MUA constantly reminds me of who I am. That consistent connection to my deen has been one of the most valuable parts of my experience here. Whether it’s the Tarbiyah sessions that end our day with reflections to look back on, or the weekly Jumu’ah khutbahs that leave us with meaningful reminders, MUA has created a space where Islamic values are part of our everyday lives, not just in schools but wherever we go.

The time I have spent at Madinat Uloom Academy has been unforgettable. I still remember when I first came to this institution, I was shy and unsure of myself. Now, I feel confident, capable, and ready to take on anything, thanks to the faith-based learning space, which encouraged me to feel safe and supported while I still learned and practiced my religion openly. I’ve made lifelong friends, strengthened my religious identity, grown more confident in myself, and discovered new passions. I’m proud to be a part of a school community that fosters growth, leadership, and kindness.

Attending a school like Madinatul Uloom Academy has been a true blessing. Not only was it very welcoming and peaceful, but it helped me grow academically and shaped my character. The balance between the teachings of Islam and academic excellence made my experience very memorable. All the teachers are amazing and genuinely cared for us. I am extremely grateful for the memories I made along the way growing up in such a school. It has truly been an honour, and I will miss MUA!

MUA has a very good environment and encourages students to be active in multiple ways. There are many events to develop the confidence of students and help them improve their spelling, Quran recitation, and how to give a speech in front of a large audience. The teachers are also hardworking and know how to discipline their students. They teach their students properly and help weaker students improve their academic performance. Not only is it a good school, but it also has a very good Islamic environment as it teaches students how to read the Quran properly and teaches Islamic studies very well, such as the Sahabas and many more things that should be learned in Islamic studies.

I would highly recommend Madinatul Uloom Academy. All the teachers are kind to each child and truly encourage each child’s strengths. I have observed that all my kids have thrived under the guidance of the teachers and management. This school has set the foundation for our kids’ learning path, and they have developed a true love for learning. Jazak Allah for all the support and love!

I was a student at this school. It was a great school. The teachers were very knowledgeable and very friendly towards students. I will send my kids to the same school, Inshallah. The boys’ classes and the girls’ classes are separated. They teach you about religion, and it’s very beneficial for every Muslim to take advantage of the Islamic school. They have school buses available. I have sent many of my kids’ friends, and they love it all.

Congratulations MUA for completing the 2020 school year with great hard work. There are no words to explain how the school engaged kids in online schooling with such great efforts. I really appreciate all the teachers’ and management’s hard work to complete the school year during this unusual pandemic time. With my 3 kids, I have been part of this school since 2014. In 2018, my daughter went to JK and she was very shy and cried for the whole week in the mornings. But after a few months, she became a very confident girl, and this is only due to her teacher and the blessings of Allah. I am really proud to be a part of MUA.

My daughter has been at Madinatul Uloom Academy for two years now. I have had a great experience. Along with the TDSB curriculum, MUA has developed extracurricular activities that help develop children’s character, behaviour, and social skills.
